24.01.2022 Something to celebrate this week, in amongst all the COVID-19 news. Our parent company - Keystone Radiology- celebrated it’s 10th Birthday It all started with a couple of local Radiologists, who wanted to bring to their community a world class Radiology service. Today we operate High St Xray (Bendigo), Sovereign Radiology (Ballarat) and Shepparton Nuclear Medicine. Thank you to our founding Doctors and all our staff who have helped build our Radiology clinics into skilled, personalised and caring health care providers

12.01.2022 Sovereign Radiology has been a proud sponsor of the Ballarat Football Netball Club now for a couple of years, so when the call came to assist Senior Captain Sam James with an MRI, we were there for him. 07.01.2022 Today we said farewell to Peter, who completed his Radiography internship with us. He is pictured here with our Chief Radiographer, Brooke. Peter has been a pleasure to work with and we will all miss him. 06.01.2022 To our valued patients and referrers.... Our clinic is taking all the necessary precautions to protect against COVID-19 according to the latest Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and government advice. At Sovereign Radiology, we remain committed to the ongoing provision of a high-quality radiology service focussed on patient care and outstanding service. ... In preparation for the COVID-19 pandemic, we have recently developed and implemented our COVID-19 (Coronavirus) emergency response plan. The doctors working at our clinic are also part of a team of specialists providing radiology services to public hospitals in regional Victoria. As the number of cases increases over the coming weeks, there is a risk our radiologists may become exposed to the COVID -19 infection, requiring self isolation, which could in turn limit our ability to report radiology examinations and perform urgent interventional cases at both our clinic and in the hospital environment. To ensure continuity of essential services, we have undertaken several initiatives to preserve our workforce, some of which may affect the service we provide to you. Further to DHHS guidelines and government recommendations, we will be reducing non-essential interventional procedures and minimising face to face interactions with our Radiologist team. There will be no changes to interventional procedures for Oncology patients and clinically important procedures.
