23.01.2022 Another Stunning Sovereign Building project has now been completed with happy clients! 'WOW what an experience ! We were referred to Sovereign via a family friend. From our first contact with Andrew and then with David, Tore and Michael we felt at home with the Sovereign Team and knew that Sovereign was the builder for us to achieve our dream home. A critical element for us was personal approach and achieving a final product we would all be proud of. Andrew understood our r...equirements and worked closely with us to ensure our specific needs and expectations were met. We had some very specific expectations and some of the elements of the build were fairly unique. Sovereign work swiftly with plans finalised, costs agreed, approvals in place and contract documents initiated. As we went through this process transparency by the Sovereign Team was apparent and appreciated and as mentioned above made us actually feel part of the team. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured. Our build commenced in April 2019 and David was confident that we would be in by Xmas. He was spot on as we moved in on the 16th December 2019. David managed all elements of the build and clearly demonstrated his ability to schedule his trades accordingly to meet the Xmas deadline. David met with us weekly on site and briefed us accordingly at all stages. Any changes were addressed quickly and efficiently. The trades have been of a high standard and friendly. Pre handover was done early November and at this stage we were introduced to Corts who is Davids Senior Supervisor. He is AMAZING and worked tirelessly over the last 5 weeks to ensure our new home was ready for us to move in. His knowledge and workmanship is of a high quality and he was excellent at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop. He definitely went the extra mile treating it as if it was his own home!! I would have no hesitation in recommending Sovereign. They have provided us with excellent customer service, showing us they care for their customers and will work with them to achieve their dreams. Right from the initial meeting with Enzo & Dave then Tore, Cort Morgan and Keith, theyre an amazing team with exceptional customer service. I loved the fact that Dave (The Director) was accessible right through the whole process and Cort goes above and beyond the call of duty and nothing was ever too hard. Tore was always there if I had any questions at all and Morgan kept me up to date with everything. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and organisation throughout were all first rate. I cannot emphasis anymore how well understood we felt right from the word go. Andrew was the first person we met and he just received us so well. We had a non-conventional idea of how we wanted to build the houses and Andrew listened and understood exactly what we aspired.
