23.01.2022 My intention for my Mastermind has been to create 3 days of leadership energy for leaders in my group. To create a space for thought, realisations and up levell...ing. Day 1 and 2 have been awesome! Today what I noticed after the awesomeness were some moments of doubt. And as leaders we all have these times, what makes the difference is to know that this is nothing new. That taking the next step is always the direction I move in. Lots of self talk comes up, but action is the key to being consistent in your message, your content and your leadership. The ritual of nourishment and self care is also leadership. Setting aside time for relaxing, being in the flow of ease is part of the giving of your time and energy. I absolutely loved today, all of it. As it showed me how as leaders we all need to acknowledge the times of doubt so that we can take that next step on our path of leadership. A luxurious hot bath with lavender bath salts and body oils after journaling with a beautiful pen in a handcrafted journal is an embodied way to replenish my energy. Rituals are a creative and loving way allow the doubts to float away and relish in the moments of truth. Resilience can be tough, but it can also be as soft as rose petals. 22.01.2022 An important part of being in our sacred feminine is about trusting ourselves, looking after our hearts, holding space for our grief and our joy. Acknowledging ...something may trigger us, our pain patterns from deep wounds of rejection, or feelings of unworthiness, and our shadow wounding. In the work I do with clients, my clients are given tools to breath compassion into their energy centres, releasing the blocks of self doubt and unworthiness and opening to the expansion of transformation. Heart based, creative, spiritual, expansive. ...A whole community of leaders who are designing programs for a deeper more profound experience of connection. A way of embodying your experiences which starts from the inside, creating the space for personal expression, and a method for the momentum of change and your personal evolution.
