22.01.2022 Here’s another great tip regarding wick trimming. Q: HOW DO I PREVENT MY CANDLE GLASS JAR FROM TURNING ALL BLACK AND SMOKY? Ever bought a brand new candle only to watch its glass jar slowly but surely being covered by black smoke stains? The main cause of black smoke is an overly long wick. The way to prevent those unsightly soot stains is very simple: always trim your wick.... A: TRIM YOUR WICK BEFORE EACH BURN TO PREVENT YOUR CANDLE FROM SMOKING. To ensure an even and smoke-free burn, trim your wick to about 5mm each time before lighting and remove any wick debris. This will help reduce soot and smoke, ensuring that your candle burns evenly and beautifully. Trimming your wick is so easy, simply pinch the top burnt wood with your fingers, or if you are a serious candle lover, invest in a wick trimmer. Happy burning

Home now, car unloaded and bubbles are about to be consumed Thankyou to everyone that came along and supported us and purchased our locally handmade products. Week 1 was shared with Lightning Bolts Fractal Designs & Pyrography and week 2 was with Jen's Soaps. We will be back in time for Christmas. See you all then

10.01.2022 Here’s a good tip to get the most out of your soy candle. Q: HOW DO I MAKE SURE MY CANDLE DOES NOT TUNNEL? Tunneling is when the wick burns straight down the center of your candle without creating a full melt pool. A dry, hard ring of wax around the outside remains unmelted and you don’t get to enjoy your candle for as long as you should. ... A: YOUR CANDLE HAS A MEMORY. THIS IS WHY THE FIRST BURN IS VERY IMPORTANT. To avoid tunneling, allow your candle to burn long enough during the first burn until the entire surface of the candle melts. Depending on the size of the candle this can take up to two-three hours. The first burn sets the stage for everything. When lighting your candle the first time, let it burn for as long as it takes to form a melt pool all the way to the edge of its container.

Week 1, I will be sharing the stall with Lightning Bolts Fractal Designs & Pyrography and then week 2 it will be with Jen's Soaps. We can’t wait to get back there. We’ve missed everyone.
