01.01.2022 Space Pilots Club is returning back in person tonight! Changes Due to COVID-19 We have made changes to comply with COVID-19 regulations. This includes 1.5 m physical distancing between everyone, increased cleaning regulations and the ability to join space pilots via zoom (This will be for approximately 1 hour). We will also be finishing earlier at 7:45 pm... Arrival. Parents are to park and walk their boys to the Entry door after 6:10pm (Please do not drive through and stop in the driveway) where a leader will greet them and sign in the Space Pilots. We have chosen to only open the doors at 6:10pm to limit the time the boys have to play before we begin at 6:15pm. If a Parent is staying or entering the building they will need to add their details to the contact tracing form this is a Government requirement. All people entering will use hand sanitiser on entry. The bubbler will not be available so please send a named water bottle along with your Space Pilot. Laboratories will be operating in a modified format to adhere to the Government policies. Hobby Shop. If it is open we will be operating from behind a barrier to reduce touching of the shop items. Pick Up. When Space Pilots is finished at 7:45pm Parents are to park and walk to the door and a Leader will bring and sign out their child. Please be prompt in picking your Space Pilots we hope to shut the doors by 7:55pm. Online Space Pilots. When will still be offering Space Pilots online via Zoom. If you are unwell, please do not attend at this time and join us via Zoom. We wont be holding inductions on the first week, as we have limited capacity and will stagger the inductions out, allowing each inductee to bring their own family members along. New letters will be issued the week before as usual so that each child knows which week their induction is.
