05.01.2022 Plants have intrinsic wisdom and value. Simply by being around them, they can help deepen our level of ecological literacy through our innate human desire to keep them healthy. While this development in many ways may reflects a shallow understanding of sustainability, it could still bring a massive amount of value to those who live there or have a view or access to it. It could at very least be a bench mark setter that paves the way to a healthier type of development. Jonatha...n Sri has done a good job providing a critic of some of the poorly thought out aspects of this proposal and also provided some suggestions to greatly improve it. Such as drawing attention to the need for a maintenance management plan that considers the plants needs and includes them into the proposal right from the get go as a top priority, rather than just an afterthought. Doing this could really help to ground it in a deeper understanding of sustainability and result in a better design for happier people and happier plants!
