24.01.2022 The most important thing you can do is start... https://www.space-to-breathe.com.au//ClayandPlaySession1Ce

22.01.2022 There's something very therapeutic about throwing clay around, banging it, slamming it, tossing it and pounding it into shape. Tag a friend who you know could use a little clay therapy!

16.01.2022 Have you given yourself time today to let the good things sink in? Take a deep breathe, it's Friday!

10.01.2022 *Disclaimer: crazy plant lady alert... Let me introduce you to my ‘Monstera Adonsonii’ (or the Monster Adonis as he’s better known). I’m a slightly proud plant mum because he has survived thus far!! #greenthumb! It’s probably time that he graduated from his plastic pot though. I’m going to make him a new one at our ‘Ceramics & Succulents’ workshop on February 19th. Maybe you have an indoor plant or two that deserve a new place to call home too? If so, register for ‘Friday Clay and Play’ here and whip yourself up some pots: https://www.space-to-breathe.com.au//ClayandPlaySession1Ce

06.01.2022 A little while ago we introduced to you 'Gracie' our CEO & Top Dog. We thought we should introduce the rest of the Team to you too. I am Megan, Co-Director of Space to Breathe. Born and bred in the suburbs of Sydney. The product of two primary school teachers who were always creating, making and doing! Even now in their retirement my parents are still making & doing and connecting with people through their creative pursuits. The value of 'making', being both something good ...for yourself, as well as to be shared with others, has shaped my life to this point. Art Teacher. Art Therapist. Art Maker. Mostly though, I like to play! Eight years ago, exasperated with Sydney traffic and craving more space to breathe (literally), I moved to Launceston, Tasmania. The air is clean & there is considerably less traffic. It is a place that enables you to exhale & live intentionally. Now instead of sitting in traffic, I spend my time connecting with people & things that energise me, family, friends, the beach & my work. Space to Breathe grew out of my desire to live well and do more of the things that spark joy and it really came to life when my like-minded friend Sarah and I began to talk about our shared passion for supporting people to live well and live creatively... and that's just a little of my story. xx See more

03.01.2022 Would you like to spend some quality time connecting with your daughter, whilst doing something creative? We hope you can come to our 'Clay and Afternoon Tea' for mums and daughters on Sat 27 February, 2-4pm in Trevallyn. We will be making beautiful cups and mugs that you can use at home.
