Balsamic roasted cauliflower, on a bed of baby rocket, scattered with chunks of blue cheese, crispy prosciutto, and toasted seeds. 13.01.2022 One of our favorite salads is kale, quinoa, cranberry and almond with a balsamic dressing. Our favorite kale to use is our Siberian Kale. Milder flavour and a softer leaf than most other varieties. Available only at Sandy Creek Gourmet Produce in and around Brisbane, and Real Food Farm Gate on the Gold Coast.

03.01.2022 Not sure what to do with kohl rabi? Try this - cubed kohl rabi and onion slices sauteed in butter, add finely shredded kohl rabi leaves until wilted. A little dash of cream, salt and pepper and your done! Delicious and nutritious (and carb free!) side dish
