23.01.2022 *Review 18/12/2019* Don't judge a book by its cover - the exterior of the building may look very run down, but Unit 12 is brilliant - modern, clean, inviting, comfortable and with a great view, plus fantastic WiFi too. We made heavy use of the kitchen and appreciated the convenience of the basement laundry facilities (washing machine did its job - just needed to buy clothes pegs!). Location is fantastic - short walk to the waterfront shops, parklands and jetty. We will return again in the future.
