23.01.2022 The new National Suicide and Self-harm Monitoring System is a web-based resource that for the first time delivers extensive data on specific areas such as our Murray PHN. This will allow services to better focus on delivering support and help. It will also allow us to honestly see the issue facing our region and the people needing help. We welcome the system and took part in a story with The Bendigo Advertiser. Our SPAN Committee member Alannah urged people to adopt our motto #toughtimespass and said: "Sometimes you're overwhelmed by too much choice and not knowing what is best, other times you're too overwhelmed to do the looking. Your GP is a really good start." www.spancv.org.au I #toughtimespass

To Tobin Brothers for inspiring these videos, to Justin Smith for keeping difficult conversations going and to everyone who shared their personal stories - you have our admiration and thanks.
