23.01.2022 An extract of Chris Hectors article. "the usual publicity seekers trying to get their moment of notoriety in the media and that the truth is quite different" ...Just in case there is any suggestion that this is my reason, every student since 1998 know that Crank Nosebands have been banned from the CHI clinics around the world. I also gave alternative solutions and my explanations of why it is not necessary. Long before Rollkur came into the limelight, it seemed obvious to me what the result of using the Crank Noseband would be. Marji Armstrong See more

22.01.2022 I INVITE YOU TO ENJOY MY IDEAS & WRITING. (I think I am a better trainer than a wordsmith, but I hope that you understand my meaning.) cheers, Marji www.marjiarmstrong.com

19.01.2022 I am at Yardah for clinics Easter 25-29 March and 20-24 April. Horses preparing for the AHAA National Championships I will enjoy helping you prepare for this co...mpetion. When I took teams to the A.H.A.A. Nationals and the Royal, the team always came home with "runs on the board." 18.01.2022 Whether one thinks that foxes are vermin or not, once it is bought into our orbit it can become a pet, just like a crow, a lion, or a snake. What puzzles me, is that the RSPCA are against hunting foxes where the fox does at least have a chance; and yet the RSPCA will kill a defenceless cub who had someone who was prepared to take care of it. It is terrorism.

17.01.2022 A lovely message from Austria. (The place where they don't have kangaroos.:-) ) It is wonderful that people who have spent time with me at Yardah, so they know my ethos can give their opinion.

15.01.2022 Marji Armstrong Keep up the good work. Susan MacDougall We will make a difference. My first efforts were disappointing, but there is not reason for everyone to support this particular Facebook page. Of course there will be people not wanting this page, as they will be obvious to the general public. At the moment, it is easy for the people who cannot train their horse, as it is not obvious to the public to see who is torturing their horses. If people CHOOSE not to use a noseband, they will be obvious to the public. The excuse that people are doing it for fashion or looks, they can use makeup to paint a noseband onto the horse. Thanks for your efforts. Please keep others to join this page. We can make a difference. Marji Armstrong

14.01.2022 I would really like to be sharing with you some great inspiration on your journey of horsemastery, but this is my current story and I know that many of you woul...d like to be kept in the loop. This little video gives you an insight. The Cow Experience of Libel & Lies. I also want to clarify the truth. Will you please SHARE this little video so that others know this story is bull manure. https://youtu.be/CPYiGO3oM3k Here are the stories which are causing me such pain. https://www.pressreader.com//2018/281552291786068/textview Narogin Observer 27 September 2018 W.A. 14.01.2022 By special request, I have been asked to hold a clinic this week i.e. Wednesday 6 January to Sunday (am) 10 January. I am inviting you to be spontaneous! Join us and meet like-minded riders from around the world! Location: Yardah, Cranbrook, WA

14.01.2022 The Spanish Warmblood horses have been designed to have a fabulous temperament and willingness to work with the human. They show these characteristics in every situation.

13.01.2022 I'll say it again. Just make the FEI take nosebands off the horses in Advanced Dressage Tests. I started a page for Ban Nosebands in Upper Dressage and yet only 20 people joined it. Sorry people I do not believe your "hand wringing". If you truly wanted to protect the horses in Dressage you would support this page. Nosebands have a place in Equestrian endeavours and I am happy to talk about that BUT not in so-called best trained horses in the world. Isn't that what Dressage i...s supposed to be. My students show that you do not need a noseband to reach the pinnacle of dressage. Some are still reaching for their masterpiece, but they are not compromising. I have more comments to make. EPONA TV. This sounds great that you are behind this, let me see that you really do support it, but joining the Ban Nosebands in Upper Dressage. Every person who is truly and really committed to rescue the horses in Advanced Dressage around the world will join me on this page. Taking off the noseband would give a "level playing field." Come on World. Help these poor horses being tortured!! PLEASE NOTE THE YARDAH SPANISHWARMBLOOD HORSES DO NOT NEED NOSEBANDS IN DRESSAGE! See more

12.01.2022 In regard to the deaths and accidents in Eventing. Can someone tell me the breeds of the horses being ridden? Marji

11.01.2022 YardahGate is the story of a far-reaching scandal and unethical behaviour may be, in some way, linked to the death of the stallion Yardah Fogoso. Marji has won ...the first battle; and is now up against reclaiming two of her horses and her reputation. This is a fascinating story, we invite you to read more and if you find it interesting that you share it to others..it can happen to you. https://www.gofundme.com/yardahgate See more

10.01.2022 People wanting to learn at C.H.I. clinics at Yardah are having difficulty to organise their time for 5 straight days due to family and work commitments. I have had some creative thinking in regard to this. So this time I will teach for 10 whole days Friday 22 January to Sunday 31 January! You can choose which 5 days (10 sessions) are best for you. ... Your opportunity is to start your clinic on one of the following On-Ground Sessions: Friday 22 January AM Friday 22 January Evening Saturday 23 January Evening Monday 25 January Evening Wednesday 27 January AM The only rule is: your first lesson MUST be the normal on-ground session. After more than 30 years of teaching around the world I know that this session is one of the big reasons that the C.H.I. clinics are so effective. After attending one of the above sessions, please choose which other 4 days (total 9 sessions) work for you. I think that is a great possibility for everyone - so give it a go and I will see you! You can find the forms and more information here: https://marjoriearmstrong.wordpress.com/forms/

03.01.2022 While I have never missed a plane unless there was Ansett stopping flying while I was driving to Perth for the plane, I was due to go to Tasmania, or flight la...te causing my connection or because Canada Air lost my passport but ............... Sadly I did not get the Alphabet Topics finished by midnight 31 January. I even checked what time that was in Honolulu as I thought that this was fair. However, I have gone over the point by 1.5 hours. It was midnight in Hawaii at 6.00pm Perth 1 February. Even "cheating" I did not get past the finish flags. HOWEVER, unless I get difficulty in trying to upload the topics, most will be up tomorrow. I have been sitting at the computer for 19 hours excepting for quick horse jobs, but I have had to give in. I am off to bed now. I have not had my normal editing staff (you all know who you are) available so my ideas will be a bit "raw." In general, I have really enjoyed this, so far. I have had a list and any ideas popped up, I wrote a rough idea of my thinking but with all the things of running a farm and preparing for the launch of the Members Platform, the blog kept being put on the back burner. Too late! I hope when you get it, you find some enjoyment and/or value. See you tomorrow. See more

03.01.2022 I hope you had a beautiful Christmas. Thank you to the people who managed to find the time to complete the Alphabet Survey over the Christmas weekend. So many different ideas! However, it is only by having a significant result to this survey that I can incorporate topics which will interest the most people. After the first 26 topics, I will continue to write about other subjects listed. I am hoping that you can find 3 topics which may assist you in your horse journey. Of c...ourse, if you want to put more that is also fine, but really the idea of this survey is to give YOU the opportunity to list a few issues you may have in your relationship with your horse/s. Whether it is pushy behaviour on the ground, understanding half-pass, training the tempe flying changes, passage, long reining or calm jumping. Truly, it will only take you 3 minutes (or less) to list YOUR 3 most significant topics. Let’s make 2016 the best year ever. Marji P.S. The Blog will be published with the first blog in the next couple of days - I will tell you. In the meantime, here is the link for the survey.

02.01.2022 Dear Friends, This is an open invitation to anyone who knew Foggy. We have been blessed with the offer of assistance from a willing author (not me) and togeth...er, we are preparing a book about Foggy’s life as a memorial and also as a way to draw attention to this type of crime in the hope that we can work towards prevention in the future. We invite you to write a few words about your experience with Foggy. We do not want you to write a thesis, a paragraph will be wonderful, but a little more would be great too. Whenever you had a Foggy moment, your experiences, when he was naughty, when he was a Champion, riding him in competition, or anything you learned from him, any experience you have gained from having him in your life. I hope that the pleasure or lessons he gave you, will give you the push to spend a few minutes to write something. Please share your memory with us, as soon as you read this. More than a hundred students, friends, interns and workers at Yardah, have had the experience of working with the amazing Foggy (aka Yardah Fogoso). He has blessed us all, from a touching snuggle and emotional exchange, enjoying his youthful pranks, grooming or handling him, in-hand training, riding him, mustering sheep, advancing their training with with or for a very lucky few, competing with him. I know that Foggy had interacted with people from Canada, New Zealand, England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, U.S.A., Italy, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, China, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, as well as Australia (even Tasmania -smiling.) In the same way as the Dalai Lama is a reincarnate of the previous Dalai Lama, well Foggy was the last offspring of Dulcero and was born after Dulcero passed. He was a worthy reincarnate. We would love you to share this message as it will allow us (me particularly) resume contact with the people who knew Foggy. I have lost contact with many people over the years. Thank you.

01.01.2022 Amazing few weeks. The clinic in Melbourne was so inspiring. I am working hard to put some of the footage up. Look out for this, cos it will "blow your socks o...ff!" Then I went onto to Blenheim in New Zealand. Some great techniques which will be useful for everyone. Then after a short time at home I flew to Wellington Park near Reading, London, UK. Lots of inspiring and useful techniqes. New student Jackie was an exciting addition to the "tribe." Her progress was increditble. Then I flew to Lisbon and today I interviewed Manuel Jorge de Oliveira with some of the questions asked by students. I hope this goes well. I will give a follow-up report after I have downloaded it to the computer. Perfect scene. Sitting in a restaurant with food and wine to chat with Manuel who has been a famous (Mounted) Bullfighter and training horses for the art of riding. On Saturday, I arrive at Kalgoorlie. Contrast of "flavours." Marji See more
