We researched a number of companies in Sydney and found many Granny Flats to be the off-the-shelf type & low quality. We have quite an unusual shaped block, so we needed one that was not-so-square. We were quite disappointed really until we came across Elaine, what a high energy & efficient lady, we couldnt recommend her more highly. We loved too, that their chosen building material is insulation panels that also keeps down the energy bills. We loved that, especially as were moving towards our retirement years, with the cost of power continuing to go up. Upon first meeting Elaine, we found her to really listen to our needs, as well as offering suggestions that we might consider in the building process. We were certain at this point that we had made the right choice. Elaine works with a team of subcontractors that were both professional and enjoyable to work with, in the construction of our 60sqm 2 Bedroom yard home, as we call it. Elaine was hands on every step of the way, frequently visiting to check the progress and the quality of workmanship. She did not hesitate to call us for clarification and updating us. Phone calls too were promptly returned, so we felt very comfortable. Even 2-3 weeks after completion, she came out to visit, to make sure that we were still happy and if there was anything else she could do. This blew us away. We were, and still are extremely happy, what a rewarding and satisfying experience.
