17.01.2022 We use this on our home... And we also tell our kids "the other person needs to want to play/hug/tickle too" and when we see a game is no longer being enjoyed by someone... "If the other person isn't having fun then we stop"

15.01.2022 Some helpful numbers for anyone needing them how, and good to keep these handy over the coming months as isolation will be hard for many and early help and support souls be sought, call, chat and if you need more they can help you link in with appropriate services.

10.01.2022 It's too much, pick small things to focus on and complete. Take breaks, play games, go outside, cook together and remind yourself it's ok when things don't go to plan. Reset, have a bath, a hot drink, 5 minutes to yourself then try again. And if you need, no, when you need help, because we all will. Use technology to link into the supports available, and there is a lot! Take care xx
