24.01.2022 Good morning everyone. Just a quick few notices to keep you updated with sparkle pooch. July is nearly booked out. I only have a couple of spots avaliable. ... My next Saturday avaliable is September. Also Xmas. I know we still have a few months till then but please start looking at December booking as it is nearly booked out. Hawkesbury groomers are getting extra busy with some groomers changing from mobile to salon and another groomer going on maternity leave which has left people looking for new groomers. 21.01.2022 Good morning everyone. Just a little update on me. I went into surgery yesterday. Im doing very well. Feeling good and up walking a little. Not to much pain. I will be back on the 13th as scheduled but if I'm not up to it will need to cancel future appointments. For my medium and large dog clients I will need help to get your babies into my bath and onto the table for the first few months as I wont be able to lift.... For my small dogs clients. Im not sure what I will be able to do but will let u know when I send a reminder the night before. Thank you to all of my clients for the support that you have given me in this time. Thank you for allowing me to reschedule you and being flexible and thank you and my apologies for my past week clients for cancelling as my operation got moved 3 times Missing all your furbabies already and can't wait to be on the road again doing what I love. 21.01.2022 Just wanted to give a little update on me. I am back at work. Surgery went really well. I have to still be careful when lifting, moving big/heavy dogs so might need a little assistance at time. I am booked solid, can not fit any dogs in till next year unless I have a cancellation which I will post. I will be making up a cancellation list if you would like to go on it. ... I'm happy to give you numbers to groomers in your area but I definitely know that most groomers are nearly booked so get in fast. I am currently still doing next year diary so anyone new clients that would like to go onto a reoccurring roster please let me know. 16.01.2022 So this happened today. Everytime i go to my client house I'm always introduce to another snake from there son in law. It has always been baby snakes and i am so scare of them but today it was over a 2meter snake. Definitely fought a fear today

15.01.2022 Mackenzie and I would love to wish all our clients and there fur babies a very merry Xmas and happy new year. With such a massive year this year we will be having a well deserved break. We will be returning January 11th 2021. Mackenzie is starting kindy next year so our business hours will be changing. New hours are Monday to Friday 8am-2:30pm and Saturday 8-5pm. ... 14.01.2022 Good morning everyone. Regular clients I apologise in advance for not finishing 2021 appointment. I am trying to put everyone on to a system that will make it easier for me in the future. Since starting I have been doing everything pen to diary. This take an incredible amount of time. I have been offered an opportunity to put this into an app which we are changing onto now. ... This will make everything so much easier for the future. With this happening it is taking me alot longer to do next year diary. I will have it done before I return in mid January. I have written any new clients down and reoccurring clients so hopefully I don't forget anyone. I understand the frustration that some of you would like to have dates already done so you can organise your side. I do sincerely apologise. I am trying to do it as quick as I can. 04.01.2022 Reoccuring clients Hope you all have had a wonderful and safe Xmas and new year My sincere apologies for taking so long to have this year dates sent to you. I didn't realise that moving everyone from pen and diary to an app would be so time consuming. I have spent most of my time off doing this.... 01.01.2022 To all my wonderful clients I have FINALLY finished change over from diary and pen to an app. I have placed all my reoccurring jobs in. If I haven’t sent a mes...sage with dates please let me know ASAP and I’ll get on top of it To all my other clients please please give me as much notice as possible. I have very limited places for the year due to me dropping 3 hours a day due to my daughter starting kindy. This year On a monthly basis I will put updates of dates, times and location of the following month. 1st in best dress for clients that are not on a reoccurring schedule. My new hours for 2021 are: Monday to Friday 8am-2-2:30pm depending how much I need to travel home to be at Mackenzie school by 3pm. Saturday 8am-5pm Any time outside these hours will incurred an after hour fee of 50% of my service. 2020 was such a busy year for myself especially when covid hit. I was working 7 days a week, 10-12hour days to try and cater for your babies. Some exciting new................ I have also decided that I am going to run another trailer. I will start looking in the next month Or 2. This will allow more appointments and less wait time. If you know of anyone that would like to become a groomer or has experience in grooming and would like some work please contact me. The right person will be trained. Thanks Melissa sparkle pooch xo
