08.01.2022 Dear Members This Halloween we will open our nightclub for the first time in over 8 months due to the Covid shutdown and then the Covid restrictions. Covid wil...l still be the scariest thing on the night and the restrictions will completely dictate what we as a venue can and cannot do. We have a few rules set in stone that cannot be ignored in anyway by either us our our guests. You will be required to sign in as usual if you wont sign in you will be turned away There is absolutely no dancing allowed in any area of the club as per the covid restrictions. There is a strict limit on numbers permitted into the night club once this number is reached, we only allow people in on a 1 in 1 out basis. If you leave the nightclub even to use the ATM you will have to wait until we have space for you to reenter. We will provide adequate space for you but, you must do your best to socially distance yourself from others Everyone knows these restrictions are tough so if staff ask you to do something don’t argue they have an impossible job in trying to enforce the many restrictions already. There is a limit on the numbers inside the venue overall and once we hit that limit we will lockout no matter what time it is. This is a great night to get in early and enjoy yourself, once the doors are locked they will only allow people out. We have noticed the taxi service have not been able to keep up with demand in the wee hours of the morning so if you can organize a sober driver or organize someone to pick you up this is the prefect night to do so. Its been a crazy year and we are delighted to be able to still run our Halloween event which has been so well supported over the last 7 years. Lets hope it’s the only one we ever have to run under these restrictions and lets hope that next time the night club opens we can have dancing. Thanks for all your support The Irish Club Team.
