25.01.2022 THANKS LOGAN! It was Bring Your Husband to Work day for our Educator Tara today! Her partner Logan kindly came and put together some flat-pack furniture for us so that were ready for the new environments! ... Just waiting on a few more deliveries before we can start getting our rooms full of the wonderful new resources!

20.01.2022 Enjoy the sunshine Little Plants!!! Emma and Tina both share an enthusiasm for having real plants as part of our environments. For the past few months they have been working together to care for the little baby plants in the office, helping them to grow big and strong so that they can be moved to their new homes in the childrens play spaces! Today it was time for some Vitamin D after they were all moved to bigger pots ... It looks like plants need outdoor play time just as much as children do!

20.01.2022 Exploring the nature These last few days, the children in the Nursery and the Babies rooms have been investigating and learning with natural elements. The children have been investigating with leaves in many ways. They have been stomping them, sticking them and have used them to get creative !... Through these investigations, the children have developed their gross motor skills and built muscles in their hands and legs. They have showed how creative and engaged in their learning they could be with such simple things !

If you're not seeing your educator that day you can do so on another day during the same week. Together, you and your child/children might like to:... make a 'thank you' card or a home-made gift create some art - a drawing, painting or decoration write a short story or poem about why he/she loves his/her early childhood educator pick some flowers from your garden make or bake something delicious to bring in on the day Lets join as one in thanking all our wonderful educators for all that they do

05.01.2022 Bath Time in the Babies! Babies LOVE Water Exploration Play, so we dont want them to miss out in the winter months. The water was warm like a bath and the heaters were on to keep away the chill. ... The children splashed, poured, mixed and soaked up the water with sponges. When it was over everyone got dried off with a fluffy towel and dressed in fresh, dry, warm clothes. No need to let winter keep the fun away!
