19.01.2022 Today our outdoor lesson was spent with Tim Kelly learning about aspects of Aboriginal culture. We had a wonderful time watching Tim play the didgeridoo and listening the sounds of a jumping kangaroo and a singing kookaburra. Then the children made their way around the yard, following Tim's lead as he showed them the Noongar dance of a yonga and weitj! The rest of the lesson was filled with exciting stories and insightful conversations between Tim and the children. We look forward to seeing him again soon!

The Pre Kindys have been learning about various constructions and have recently began exploring farms. We cant wait to see all the imaginative ideas the children come up with through their pretend play with their new farm!
