20.01.2022 During the week we were called to a server room with a failed wall split We temporarily installed one of our portable a/cs to keep the servers cool. Then returned this morning to install this new @kaden.air wall split. ... Upon removing the old wall split the previous installer had removed bricks completely from the wall and used silicone to hold up the indoor unit. We instead an MDF backing plate to support the new unit and cover the existing holes Replaced the roof penetration to one which won’t leak while we were there too!

16.01.2022 Due to the latest COVID-19 restrictions we are stopping all general electrical and air-conditioning works However we will be able to attend faults as below 1) loss of power either partial or full ... 2) loss of only source of a/c however if they have other means of cooling it can wait 3) breakdowns of cool rooms, freezer rooms and fridge cases. Upon the lifting of the current restrictions we will be contacting all jobs that were previously booked in and working around the clock to keep things moving for our clients. However we will probably ask multiple questions that are COVID-19 related. Let’s all stay home. Spend time With family and get our state back the way it should be!

11.01.2022 We had a client let us know about a noisy compressor on their GEO-THERMAL heat pump which heats their pool and air-conditions their home. We found that the flow switch that detects water movement through the pool heat exchanger was faulty causing the compressors main contactor to chatter occasionally. Replaced the flow switch with new and away the system went as good as new! ... For any out of the ordinary faults don’t hesitate to get in touch.

08.01.2022 Managed to sneak in a ducted unit changeover today after another one of our jobs was postponed. We swapped an ageing 10kw system which was severely undersized with a @kaden.air KD60 17kw unit which was carefully selected after a heat load calculation of the home. Installed an extra return air grille and altered the supply air ducting to suit the new air volumes produced by this monster unit! ... Backed by a 7 year warranty!
