21.01.2022 Bit of progress update on the two manifolds. The 347 stainless spilt pulse manifold is now finished tacked together and the remaining welding is to be completed. The log manifold all the runners are done it’s fully welded to the flange and only needs to have the turbo flange to be positioned and then welded in.

21.01.2022 So we have received the G42-1200. Test fitting on dummy engine looks awesome. Big thanks to Golebys for supplying the turbo and beanie. We removed the old GTX3584rs and the 6boost manifold. Test fitted the G42-1200 to the bosses cruiser. Had to modify one of the wastegates but everything fits and looks more proportionally correct for the size of the engine. Next up is 5 dump pipe and plumb back the two gates!!

20.01.2022 Just thought I would give everyone an update on the bosses 105. Manifold, 5 to 4 dump pipe, 2 x pro-gate 45mm housing and the plumb back pipes have all been sent for ceramic coat. All the intercooler piping has been redone 3 both hot and cold sides with plazmaman clamps. 50mm blow off valve now takes over from the kompact 25mm.... The haltech nexus is all wired in, CAN keypad now controls certain things within the nexus aswell as the pdm. Rotary trim switches allows the ignition and boost tables to be manipulated up to 8 times each. Not far off seeing the new setup run. Fingers crossed it will make the 850-900 at the wheels!!

17.01.2022 Big weekend of making COP kits for customers and the dizzy cap order came in and all are sold and going out. Thank you to everyone for supporting our small business everyone’s support is very much appreciated

17.01.2022 Finally finished full welding the 347 stainless manifold. Thanks to Scott Bryce from Proformance Motorsport for machining the exhaust flange. EGT bungs installed. Will be doing some more monitoring once the bigger turbo goes on. Starting mocking up the twin 45mm progates. . For ultimate boost control.

14.01.2022 Slow progress on the manifold. Two runners done. Check out the gtx45 rear housing Hopefully make a start on the log manifolds this week.

13.01.2022 Dizzy caps finished waiting for delivery these will head out as soon as they land. Caps have arrived look in person.

12.01.2022 Okay you 80 series guys with COP conversions. I can do the dizzy caps. I need 5 orders paid in full. Should get them within 2-4weeks. Price per cap is $200. If you want one send me a PM. Again I need at least 5 orders paid in full.

06.01.2022 How 80 series top mount intercooler airbox. Upgraded to a uni filter panel filter. Recently finished for a customer. 4 in and out, 316 stainless steel.
