18.01.2022 STATE QUALIFICATION - IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES Athletes aged U9 to U15 qualify for State Championships according to results achieved at Zone Championship. To accept your place at States, you must accept your place and enter via Results HQ. AUTOMATIC QUALIFICATION ... If you placed 1st or 2nd at Zones, you automatically qualify to attend States. You must accept your position during the following times; Open: 10:00am Friday 21 February 2020 Close: 11:59pm Wednesday 26 February 2020 ROLL DOWN QUALIFIERS Any remaining spots will then be offered to the next best performing athletes across all Zones. To accept one of these Roll down places at States, you must enter via Results HQ during the following times; Open: 10:00am Wednesday 4 March 2020 Close: 11:59pm Sunday 8 March 2020 U16 AND U17 ATHLETES Older athletes can enter directly via your ResultsHQ profile. Entry is already open. Closing: 11:59pm Sunday 8 March 2020. TIMETABLE Once all entries are closed, a draft timetable for the State Championship event will be released by LAWA.

17.01.2022 **** ZONES ZONES ZONES **** A reminder that for those attending zones this year, the nominations are closing on 5th February. Please ensure you nominate for you...r events as soon as you can before the cutoff. There are NO late nominations. Zones this year will be held at Cockburn LAC. Also be aware that the states qualifier requirements from Zones for all events u9 - U15 is now top 2 results in Zone, with the remaining slots filled with the fastest or best non qualifying results statewide from there.

17.01.2022 Reminder: tomorrow is the last day you can register for Zones. If you will be competing in High Jump or Triple Jump please remember there are minimum starting requirements. If your athlete is not yet at these minimums, we strongly recommend you choose another event.

Please make sure athletes are in full uniform - club shirt, badges, plain black shorts (no logos) and runners. Bring plenty of water, food (canteen is available) and chair to sit on. 05.01.2022 CENTRE WIND-UP & TROPHY PRESENTATION 2019/20 summer season is nearly finished. We have Centre Championship over the next few weeks. Day 1 - Program A this coming Saturday 22nd and Day 2 - Program B on Saturday 7th March. No competition on Saturday 29/2/20. Dale LAC will hold the end of season trophy presentation following completion of Centre Championship on 7/3/20 at Morgan Park. Please note Clubs will hold their own windups (check with your club for further information).

02.01.2022 MEDAL ENGRAVING Ed from Classic Trophies will be attending Centre Championships this Saturday 22nd February from 9:30am to engrave medals. Cost is $3 per medal. The first hour will be allocated for engraving the Multi Event medals before the machine is set up for engraving the Centre Championship medals.

01.01.2022 Good evening all, I hope you are keeping well and enjoying your winter sports. With our Athletics season fast approaching, the Dale Centre is in need of enthusiastic individuals to bring us into the new season with fresh ideas. We are in search for:... Secretary That well organised individual that is happy to take minutes and send out the odd email or two ( OCD optional ) Treasurer An eye for simple accounting. That person who knows exactly how much is in their travel fund at home If you are the bills payer at home then this is the roll for you. Winter Officer This roll is best for that parent who is always seen at winter CC runs and Walks events while being able to liaise with event coordinators on behalf of our Centre. Champs and Special Event Coordinator Just like Winter Officer abovebut instead for State run Events during Summer season. Technical and Equipment I hope you know how to put batteries on charge after comp days there are a tonne of them. Radios, microphone, speakers etc. You might even have to order a new bit of equipment here and there (so difficult right) Controller of Officials This role is basically to set a roster for Clubs to follow for parent helpers (last years roster will probably do) If you are that keen individual then please message us below or even private message me and Ill contact you later.
