03.01.2022 For those of us who have extra energy when spring arrives, it's the perfect time to do those chores that we all put off in the colder weather. When deep cleaning rooms, always work from the top down. Get out the cobweb broom and dust the cornices. Don't forget the tops of cupboards and ceiling fans. The handheld vacuum comes into its own here, reducing the mess that using a duster can cause. You can wash the walls now, though if they are in good condition, cleaning light swi...tches and anywhere little hands may regularly touch may be all that's needed. Then you can tackle those floors. For tile floors, spot clean the grout with a suitable cleaner or if they are very dirty you may want to organise a professional tile and grout clean. The best way to freshen a room can be to do a thorough declutter, it will make the room look more inviting and also be easier to clean. There are many blogs online that deal with decluttering and cleaning, as well as some great series on Netflix. So get inspired and get started.
