This one is a goodie! It reminds me to take 100% responsibility for my life and what is happening around me. If I don’t like what I am experiencing I will take action, look within and figure out how to move forward with better choices. ... 07.01.2022 Yesterday Vodafone got the wrath of a pregnant mama on the phone!!!! They wanted to charge me $220 for exiting a plan for a pocket wifi! It was on a month to month plan... well that was what I had asked for. Long story short, they got it wrong and mixed up my plans but still wanted me to pay, so I got all DON’T MESS WITH ME and it resolved nothing!! I didn’t get the outcome I wanted. ... Soooo I thought, right, I’m not paying the money so there has to be another way. I marched down to the Vodafone store, explained what had happened but this time in a calm, gentle manner and he sorted it out on the spot. No money to pay, plan cancelled and happy customer. The way I communicated on the phone was very different to how I communicated in person. In hindsight, I could have been calmer on the phone. 02.01.2022 This little treasure just loves the beach. It’s a joy to watch her laugh and scream with happiness chasing after daddy. Being pregnant with twins is no easy task, they are getting heavy and it’s hard to breathe but it’s all worth it knowing we have two more beautiful princesses on the way and Esme will adore being their big sister. xxx Grateful always @jamiehenshall1
