If you don't have an appointment and would like to make one call us on 33248537 to avoid missing out. If we say that we are fully booked we are not lying! Being rude does not get you to the top of our cancellation list. Please treat us with respect and be patient and we will do our very best to fit you in and hav...e your hair looking amazing for the holidays. Please notify us if you would like to add or remove services from your appointment e.g., if you are only booked for a basic colour but would actually like foils it will take us extra time and we may not be able to fit it in if you don't tell us in advance. If you are running late for your appointment please give us a call BEFORE you appointment with an honest time estimate. Late arrivals may have their booking cut short or appointment cancelled. If you have an appointment and would like to change it it is always worth asking but you may not get the date and time that you want. If you don't need your appointment please let us know ASAP. Our last working day is the 23rd December and we reopen on the 5th January. We have a cancellation list for anyone that is waiting for an appointment and will do our best to work through it in order.
