We see so many people for long term weight management desperate to get away from diets. They don’t work! Using a non diet approach we teach them not to deprive them selves, to have a positive relationship with food and to know ‘I can have it if I want it, do I feel like it and am I enjoying it’?!

05.01.2022 Presenter Announcement Charlene Grosse is the Manager of Allied Health at SJGSH and an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian that specialises in gastrointest...inal diseases, gut health and bariatric surgery. She has a Masters in Health Care Management and is currently undertaking her PhD looking at using diet as an adjunct therapy in mild to moderate ulcerative colitis through Edith Cowen University and Professor Ian Lawrance. Charlene has been a spokesperson for the Dietitians Association of Australia for the last six years and enjoys the opportunity of translating science into practical messages for the community. 02.01.2022 Our IBD specialist dietitian Charlene is among 7760 conference participants at the European Crohn’s and Colitis 14th Congress in Copenhagen. Learning of the latest research developments in all areas ranging from dietary therapies, complementary therapies, exercise and medications. Charlene is currently doing her PhD on diet in ulcerative colitis as an adjunct therapy to mediations. An exciting year ahead as she recruits for the pilot study. Ps loving the danish water!!
