24.01.2022 We'd like to thank all of our amazing customers that made the effort to visit us late this morning but couldn't get their favourite brew. Unfortunately our beautiful espresso machine suffered a minor technicality we couldn't resolve right away. Fear not we are back up and running ready for tomorrow! 22.01.2022 Hitting the bar and retail shelf this week the Timor Leste Parami natural. Same super tasty coffee we've been serving the past 2 weeks only this particular lot has been natural processed instead of washed. This Parami Natural lot came second in the 2019 Timor-Leste national coffee quality competition, with a mean average final score of 87.56 across the panel of international judges. Cherry is collected daily from the village of Parami to be transported for processing at the A...tsabe wet mill in Baboe Kraik where they are laid to sun dry as whole cherry for 3 weeks across a combination of different style drying beds after which they are moved to covered shade drying at Railaco at much lower altitudes for another 3 weeks.
