05.01.2022 SPT has recently partnered with Foster and Kinship Carers Association of Tasmania (FKCAT), in delivering the Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) Program. The collaboration is incredibly generous and supportive and exciting. We have been working online with a group of devoted foster carers on Tuesday mornings a really great group of thinking, reflective, open mums. The work is such good work warm, connected, honest, powerful, vulnerable, challenging, raw, fulfilling. We a...re all loving it. Additionally, one evening a week we have a mixed COSP group of foster carers and non-foster-carers everyone’s insights are expanded in new ways. Equally fabulous and online! We’ll be continuing to run these groups (via Zoom) for foster carers and non-foster carers in the middle eight weeks of each school term during 2021. There will be three different groups: Wednesday mornings, Tuesday evenings, and a very early morning group on Fridays. Stay tuned. Thanks a bunch, FKCAT. Such a pleasure!
