16.01.2022 I wanted to share with our followers, anxiety can creep up in kids and like me & Brendan we were at a loss as to handle it and then we found horse riding! The best thing we ever did for him! The connection with the teacher & horse was amazing and exactly what he needed! We have our happy little dude back!!! And not only that hes going places ... hes proud of himself

15.01.2022 Still work in progress alot has been happening - all doors inside and outside have been widened for wheelchair access, an interal wall has been removed so 2 rooms became 1. New flooring all along the front as the old stuff was breaking up. New stumps relayed to make the front safer and level, a stump was found to be missing in the corner of the house that has all been fixed up. Props have been installed all along to hold up the overhand where some where just sat on bricks, ... Pool fencing around the pond, with gate access into the paddock (the part of the paddock next to the house will be soon where you can park your horses ) The back of the house has had new rails installed and a stair case added. Still a fairway to go but super pleased with all the progress so far!!

15.01.2022 An exciting opportunity is coming up we are looking for new leasee for our coffee shop at Speedy Spanners 2426 South Western Highway, Serpentine The coffee shop is available from 17th May. it is fully equiped so no need to purchase anything. Its is licensed to do all cold foods, u can sell cakes, sausage rolls pies etc things like that can be warmed up on site it just has no license to prepare hot food like a cooked breakfast. Theres onsite toilets, playarea, car park. We a...re a dog friendly, no smoking property. On a sunday we have our local orchard selling fruit which is a good day. We will continue to push this whole site forward making it great. I think the coffee side has great potential, a must is having set regular hours & being facebook savvy.
