24.01.2022 Heres another fantastic video revealing our latest work completed at Sacred Heart Primary School Colac

21.01.2022 Some great news in this crazy world of ours! On Saturday 12th of May, Zoe Maree Hudgell and Nick Moloney were able to yet again show the Colac Community how im...portant Banding Together was by raising over $12,000 for a new Cardiac Machine for Colac Area Health. We are so proud to announce that the Colac Area Health Foundation was able to match the amount and we were able to purchase the $23,800 machine for the hospital. A massive thank you to everyone from Red Door and NMP that worked endless hours behind the scenes, to all the artists who shared with the community what they love doing most, to all the local businesses that sponsored the event and to everyone in Colac that tuned in and donated - THANK YOU. A small town that does big things!!

16.01.2022 Spence Construction delivering lunch to the team at the COVID-19 clinic at the Central Reserve. Thank you to everyone who is going above and beyond during this difficult time. Be Kind and Keep Colac Safe.

14.01.2022 With the Red Shield Appeal coming up and the inability to engage in the traditional Door Knock, its all gone digital. There is a digital Door Knock for the Greater Geelong Region and we as a company have jumped on board to help raise funds for the desperately needed programs and services that the Australian community needs right now. The Salvation Army provides services such as shelters for the homeless, assisting families in crisis through practical support and financia...l counselling, guiding those with addictions through to a clean and healthy lifestyle and protecting people from physical and mental abuse to bring a positive impact to the lives of many Australians. Every year, for the past 55 years volunteers for The Red Shield Appeal have been out on the streets going home to home visiting local shopping centres and community groups to raise crucial funds for The Salvation Armys life changing work that many communities rely upon. The COVID-19 pandemic has meant a lot has changed and sadly for the first time in 55 years we wont be physically collecting funds in our local communities. We at Spence Construction are very proud to be apart of this wonderful appeal and please jump on board with us to support others where its needed.

14.01.2022 Spence Construction is right behind our community partners to get through this challenge that Colac is currently facing. We couldnt be more appreciative of Colac Area Health and their diligent staff that have proceeded to work long hours to ensure our community is more than protected during these times. We would also like to thank the teams at Mixx1063 and Colac Herald for keeping our town up to date with the latest news and updates via social media. However, we would also like to take this time to congratulate the wider community members on coming together and doing your part whether that be by delivering food and essentials to those unable to leave their home or by simply wearing a mask were social distancing isnt possible. We would like to say a big thank you and continue the hard work Colac.

06.01.2022 Lockdown take two, although it is for the better of our health and safety within the community we understand that for some this may cause great frustration and even pain. That is why the Colac Otway Shire Council is keen to ensure that our community is aware of the support that is available to any resident who is unable to access food, personal supplies, medication and masks through the Councils COVID19 Community Support Hotline. The service aims to support the most vulnera...ble in our community, who dont have family or friends to deliver essential supplies or cannot afford to buy/arrange delivery of these items. If you are someone in need of support or know of someone then call the Councils COVID19 Community Support Hotline, support is only a phone call away. #KeepColacSafe

04.01.2022 Get Colac Back To None

04.01.2022 We are so glad to have Spence Construction support The Red Shield Appeal again. Last year this amazing company sponsored our Bellarine Salvo Outreach Van and t...hey are back on board supporting the Salvos again. Spence Constructions have similar values, building integrity. We too build integrity and believe its the foundation to positive caring and trusting community. Thank you for your support last year. Because of your help we were able to weekly connect with the Bellarines most vulnerable people. We have seen people find freedom, support, housing, food, financial relief and counselling support through our Strengthening Families Australia Counselling service, but importantly they have found safe and secure connection. Please get behind this amazing business and help them raise money for the Red Shield Appeal. They already have kicked off with $70 worth of donations! https://digitaldoorknock.salvationarmy.org.au/t/spenceconst
