24.01.2022 We are looking for a site supervisor who is looking to take the next step in their career. The site supervisor will effectively supervise and motivate leading hands & site teams. The Site Supervisor will need to have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, show case quality workmanship and have a high level of customer service. This person will play an integral role in taking our business to the next level. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in... the following key criteria: Effective supervision of Leading Hands & site teams eg liaising with L/H to provide site inductions, coaching, scheduling/assigning duties, workplace relationships, communication & enforcement of WHS/quality standards, job expectations & policies/procedures Effective management of projects eg job planning, calculates resources, meets contract & code deliverables, monitors budgets, organizing/monitoring contractors, resolves problems, meets customer service standards Meets operational standards by contributing to strategic plans, weekly management meetings, participating in development opportunities and enhancing the company’s reputation Minimum 5 x years experience in Working Foreman / Leading Hand Carpenter role in the High End Residential sector Valid QLD Carpentry Licence Valid QLD Drivers Licence & OH&S White Card Competent in reading and interpreting detailed Architectural, Interior Design, Structural & Hydraulic design documentation Proven experience and tendency to want to follow systems and processes and contribute to their improvement Must have all tools required for the role Must have vehicle for transport from site to site We are an Award Winning Young & Dynamic building company specialising in high-end residential construction and commercial projects. We communicate regularly with some of the top designers and architects in Brisbane and work on amazing and challenging projects. We have had substantial growth over the last few years and continue to do so. 06.01.2022 We love seeing the progress that happens onsite every month. The boys at Rise House Raising have put project Temple in place! This beautiful home has been designed by @MR Building Design and the interiors will be completed by KJK Interiors. Taylor is taking shape. Framing is complete and you can see now how large the rooms are. The void and the large doors create a seamless flow from the interior to the outdoor entertaining area. MR Building Design and KJK Interiors are the... design team behind this renovation. Finishing touches are happening at Granville and we are loving how it has turned out. We can't wait to show you the final finished project. MR Building Design and KJK Interiors have been busy bees. This beautiful Queensland cottage has had a lot of site works happening, getting ready for the restump. MR Building Design are responsible for the external and interiors here. Project Baty is close to completion and finishing touches are happening onsite. The owners can't wait for this to be complete. Design by MP3 Design.
