INGREDIENTS : - 3 cups of dates - 2 cups of walnuts - 2 cups of oats - 1 cup of sunflower seeds - 1 cup of pepita seeds - 1 cup of protein powder, 80g (optional) - 1/2 cup of water - desiccated Coconut to coat METHOD : Blend all ingredients ( minus the coconut ) then mix them together in a bowl. Use the water to blend the dates. Mix Ingredients well and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour. Add water if necessary. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls. Coat with the coconut and store in the fridge. Enjoy!

Lets find out what Jenny has been up to... Life in Lockdown 2.0 What I have learnt is the importance of being in the moment and nothing can be certain. You need to live each day to the fullest! Sometimes you need to learn what to let go of! ... Life has been a massive juggle, homeschooling a prep, Year Level leading at a school and teaching Year 12 classes online! Life has felt very hectic. So when they world feels fast I have slowed right down! Walks around beautiful Williamstown, lots of bike rides and wait for it..... lots of Yoga! Yes Yoga! Twists, folds, and warrior poses have become my new favourite way each day to get moving. Watch this space maybe a return to teaching body balance on the cards? Hardest thing for me in lockdown is missing my incredible RPM members and the gym. I really miss the connection with the members. What keeps me going? Thinking of all the members and your faces when you push yourself to your limits and the satisfaction of an amazing rides. 04.01.2022 Meet one of the most respectful people that we are so lucky to have as a member who is a huge part of our family. Meet Ray who is a fit family man and amazing because... Ray greets everyone (staff and members) when training at our clubs Ray arrives 10 mins before class Ray Wipes down equipment after use & always brings a towel Ray stays connected and emails us regularly especially when he has that post class feeling that makes his day... Thanks Ray for all your support! So lets find out what keeps Ray so positive and on track during ISO... Ive been walking with my wife, riding my bike with my youngest son, doing body resistance exercises (push ups, crunches, tricep dips, etc.) and chin ups on the monkey bars in the school that backs onto our house. I was running, but it started to hurt my knees, so I had to stop. I can run on a treadmill but the hard concrete offers no cushioning at all. Ive been getting up at the same time I normally would, but starting work 90 minutes earlier than when I was going to the gym in the morning. This allows me to finish work 90 minutes earlier and go home before it gets dark, so I can do something outside. This is the longest I have been without the gym in 15 years. It is such a big part of my life. Exercise really is medicine, and the classes at SPHC offer the fun and motivation I need to maintain my routine. The friends that came across from another gym down the road, and the new friends I have made (instructors included), make the morning starts an absolute joy. To say I cant wait to get back there is an understatement. It really is my happy place.
