10.01.2022 Hanging Knee Tucks . This is a great bang for your buck core exercise because it also strengthens your grip and shoulder strength/stability. . I also love any core exercise that works the hip flexors (leg/knee raises etc). Most people are weak in the hip flexors and this is a big contributor to a lot of back pain.... .
