24.01.2022 Some belated photos but great comp at the weekend at Townsville Fighting Fit with Sphere Martial Arts Townsville hosting. Great turnout from the BJJ community and competitors from 4 Townsville clubs, Cairns and Airlie Beach. Proud of all the guys !! Next comp in Cairns in a couple of months and then back here in another 4 months so better keep training :-) Big shout out to Ben and all the guys from Jigsaw Martial Arts Cairns for organising !!

17.01.2022 Congratulations to all the guys competing in BJJ Comp yesterday in Cairns. Skye was our most seasoned competitor having competed before but first time BJJ comp for the rest of the guys.Skye just missed out on medal but defeated some of the boys with fast submissions. Great job.!! Three of four of the guys took home medals with Sean just missing out but if there was medals for heart he would have gotten gold for sure. Some good wins among Seans 8 plus matches.The rest of the l...ads also worked super hard with a couple " having a bit of a chuck' outside after overdoing it :-) 100 % effort !! Thanks to everyone supporting by being training partners and thanks to Kerrie,Kelli and Sharlene forr travelling to Cairns to help out. Special thanks to Steve for driving to Cairns and back in one day ( with three little kids in tow) to help with coaching and moral support while I reffed a lot of the matches. Top effort mate and much appreciated! Next comp in Townsville in the new year, see you all on the Mat Craig
