10.01.2022 Following yet another awesome Fly-In in Bright, we have the Sydney Fly-In coming up in only a few weeks! Its just a 2 day fly-in so its a little easier to fit into life. Limited spaces left so get in quick. Still not sure? Here is a comment from the Bright fly-in from one of the attending pilots: "The feeling of ease and fun of flying with other women. Its not something I thought was lacking but now having done it I realise how different it is."

07.01.2022 Nice clip of Long Reef by Ole Dalen. However, take note of the opening clip - that manoeuvre could have had serious consequences. As stated by the pilot on the original post I was ok THAT TIME. Long Reef is not a site that provides the height nor space to execute manoeuvres like that. A lesson for us all. 02.01.2022 SPHGC has launched a trial PG2 Coastal Mentoring program. The objectives of this program are: Provide a one on one, or two on one mentoring scheme for PG2 pilots wishing to fly the Northern Beaches PG2 Flying sites. Improve pilot retention through introduction to SPHGC flying sites and other SPHGC members. Provide support to read the forecast conditions and increase flying opportunities by providing a flying alert system.... Assist pilots gather skills through more consistent flying in a supportive environment and encourage pilots to progress their rating beyond PG2.
