14.01.2022 Well crew today we have a double header of BBQ Street Food madness. First up from 11:00-2:00 we will be slinging the goods at Clunes Auto Centre. Then we are heading up to the Byron School of Arts to serve up at the students end of year gig. But we are also serving the public. So if you live around Mullum or Byron C'mon out for a piece of the action. We are serving from 5:30 until around 8:00. 112 Dalley St Mullumbimby... Yewww!!!

04.01.2022 Starting with Saturday we are off to Rappville to sling BBQ to the Kiss My Boots crowd then Sunday we are there again for Two Tears in a Bucket. I gotta tell you we may be just a tad excited to be working with the music industry again. Woohoo!!!

Slabs of Black Angus point end smoked with pecan on top of a white truffle salsa, complimented with grilled blue cheese stuffed mushrooms. Couple of lime wedges and a glass of vino to push it right to the edge of flavour.

03.01.2022 So here's how a pro spend a 40 degree day. First you mix up a bowl of icey mixed berry sangria, then you fire up the char grill with some mesquite and slowly cook a couple of kg of wings lathered in the new uber hot glaze. While that's doing its thing char grill some corn for the fresh salad and jalapenos for munching. Whip up a Dijon and white truffle dressing and some chimmichurri, throw it all together with some lime wedges and tunes......BOOM!!! You just landed in flavourtown. Population: You
