24.01.2022 Simple workmans lunch...with a small twist....Patta Gobi (cabbage) and Aloo (potato) subzi , cooked with kadi patta (curry leaves) and rai ( mustard seeds)...with home made parathas...eaten with mukka wala pyaaz ( onions gently smashed open with your fist ...a very punjabi thing).....
