25.01.2022 If you have never had a Sri Lankan egg hopper you have missed out!! It is a bowl shaped fermented rice flour crepe with an egg cooked in the centre. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner in my opinion! Here I have experimented using a sourdough starter instead of dried yeast. Works perfectly! 24.01.2022 Here is a Middle Eastern inspired recipe using our delicious Salt & Time Preserved lemon paste, SpiceZ Harissa paste, fresh mint, garlic and olive oil. Marinate the chicken for at least half an hour but preferably several hours. Grill on the BBQ or pan fry and serve sliced over Pistachio jewelled couscous with a salad of green leaves.
