18.01.2022 Hi guys, Just reaching out to all my clients & followers to thank you for your continued support & understanding in the present situation Also letting everyone know that myself & all gym staff are going well above minimum standard to ensure a virus free facility, my personal input is to sanitise all benches & equipment before & after client use, I also carry hand sanitiser with me for convenient use Goodlife has increased the number of wall mounted dispenser units & equipme...nt spray bottles for all members The cleaners have also been stepped up to ensure the facilities ongoing cleanliness For some these are financially challenging times plus many other ongoing family challenges, the list goes on but please remember to ensure your health & wellbeing are kept up through these times especially with yet another stress factor added Always remember we will get through this but it will take some time & it’s how we get through it that will ensure our families & personal health Thank you all Wal Cooper

01.01.2022 Training goes on as it should As a rule I’m not an Alarmist nor living in ignorance & the virus situation presents a huge distraction & a preventative mind set However it is important to keep training for not only our physical self but to ground our state of mind & allow to continue what makes us truely happy ie: the gym a place that is taken hygien protocols to a high level, the people attendance numbers are down & space wasters are gone leaving us more room & easier acc...ess to equipment As apposed to going to a pub or club environment surrounded by the disregarding social butterflies that can’t stay away even when sick Anyway here is one of my dead lift from yesterday’s training 240X Single , will be doing low reps soon just adapting the body due to my annoying injuries See more
