18.01.2022 No matter the project, it always helps seeing things in a 3-D perspective and even more when you can see the colours & materials that are going to be used. 12.01.2022 Its not often that a project needs so much detail but when one is this big, all detailing and documentation is done. Images are some screen shots of all structural steel, footings & truss layouts as well as the overall view of the project.

09.01.2022 This not so little gem of a project has just been approved for construction. This 2 / two storey dwelling project consisted of dwelling 1 having 4 bed with the master having en suite, walk in robe and private balcony, open plan kitchen / living & dining leading out to alfresco, second lounge, upper floor rumpus room & balcony. Dwelling 2 includes 3 bed with master bed having big walk in robe & en suite, open plan living / kitchen & dining leading out to alfresco, second lounge & upper floor rumpus room leading out to balcony

07.01.2022 Recently approved two storey dwelling at Lightsview. Dwelling contains a beautiful open plan ground floor living, kitchen and dining that leads out to an alfresco with the upper floor consisting of 3 bedrooms with the master suite having a big en suite and 8m walk in robe & private balcony. The dwelling also has an upper floor living and bathroom and the ground floor having a wc / powder room and an internal courtyard. SDH also now offers 360 3-D render views of projects.
