12.01.2022 Thanks to the Daily Telegraph for the article A REAL KNEES-UP. The article in today’s paper on page 3 explains that resting postures such as squatting or kneeling may be healthier than sitting on a chair. 09.01.2022 WORKING FROM HOME? With the increase in people working from home, it is important to have an ergonomic home office space.
