23.01.2022 Often you do not realise you are using an incorrect pattern of breathing. The most common incorrect pattern is through the use of your upper chest. Over time, this can take its toll on your body by preventing you from taking an effective and efficient deep breath, or over recruiting accessory muscles (like your pectorals or scalenes) to expand the rib cage

23.01.2022 Thank you @curtinradio for another awesome segment talking all things Spine & Sports with the one and only #JennySeaton. See you in 2021

23.01.2022 Do I need a postnatal check-up? It takes time to recover after childbirth. A women’s health physiotherapy appointment will assess if any intervention is required, provide education and, if needed, facilitate your recovery from childbirth.

05.01.2022 A Big Thank You to the East Perth Community, for all your ongoing support. Our small family-owned and run clinic, Spine and Sports Centre East Perth, still has the privilege of servicing our East Perth locals with Chiro, Physio and Podiatry care. Sadly, like many businesses, not all services are allowed to operate in the current climate, and we have had to close our Remedial Massage and Studio Pilates services temporarily.... Our silver lining is that we now offer Yoga and Telehealth appointments online to all patients. Thank you again for supporting local family businesses like ours. Emily
