06.01.2022 We have some exciting news to share with everyone! The easing of restrictions allows us to recommence OUTDOOR TRAINING! From Monday the 5thof October we will be running 1:1 and 2:1 outdoor Personal Training (we can now travel outside our 5km bubble to train you within yours). If you are currently training with us virtually, and love it like we do, never fear as these classes will continue!...
