25.01.2022 Before and after Outlaw Speed Shop demo and rebuild

25.01.2022 New subframe, deck and oil at Belair. This job was meant to be new decking boards only, fixed down to existing subframe. Apon inspection after old boards were removed the subframe was not supported in the ground properly and had subsided. We decided to installed a new subframe concreting new posts into ground and used the existing timbers were we could. This allowed us to bring the deck up level with the pool.

23.01.2022 Middle Beach job before and after. Rotten posts and Balustrading with very old decking boards. Pulled up existing decking boards, straightened and fixed subframe, layed new 90mm kapur decking boards, new veranda posts and stainless steel wire.

23.01.2022 Beam install, wall removal, gyprock and flushing at Angle Vale. 4th bedroom has been turned into kids play room which is now apart of the main living/kitchen. Also blocked off one doorway to a two-way bathroom.

22.01.2022 This clients gutter was over flowing and water was leaking into their house. So i installed more downpipes to handle the extra water.

20.01.2022 Two deck subframes with spotted gum decking boards and balustrade posts at Hazelwood Park

19.01.2022 New pergola end beams and new posts to replace existing which had gone rotten. Existing beams were not level and gutter didn't have correct fall and was over flowing and holding water. Fixed with new and made good.

15.01.2022 New Carport at Broadview to replace existing which had wood rot. We did roofing, gutters and painting on this one.

14.01.2022 Renovation to front of house in Kilkenny. The client has done a new extension to the rear of the house which includes a new kitchen, family/dine and laundry. I have been working on the old part of the house converting the old lounge into a main bedroom and ensuite, laundry into WIR and kitchen into a study. New partition walls, gyprock to ceilings/walls, doorframes, patching floors, cornices and flushing. Mid-year I will be re-attending to finish the ensuite which will involve cutting out the timber flooring, installing new cement flooring and wall linings.

14.01.2022 Completed pics of middle beach job. Stainless steel wire, two new steps, bottom of house rotten timbers replaced and old aircon removed with outside cladding repaired and inside gyprock patched and flushed.

13.01.2022 Most project home builders don’t close in these side openings to garages. On this job we matched the door to be the same as the front door and made the backyard secure. A very neat way to do it rather than having an ugly fenced gate or something that people can see through.

10.01.2022 Big house renovation at Greenwith. This one includes creating bigger openings, wall removal including steel beam install, butlers pantry wall frame, blocking up doorways and making new ones, converting an ensuite and small walk in robe into a his and hers walk in robe and a fourth bedroom into a huge ensuite.

08.01.2022 I was called out to this job at redwood park because of a sagging roof. Installed a new strutting beam over walls and jacked roof up straight. Also replaced a rotten timber and front veranda post.

07.01.2022 Supply and install of a new carport in Broadview. We had to remove and dispose of the existing one due to wood rot, roofing sheets and gutter not having enough fall and leaking. We pre-painted new timbers, erected the structure and installed the roofing.

06.01.2022 New subframe, deck and oil at Flinders Park. The client had attempted the subframe and deck 6 years ago and it had collapsed, was unsafe and needed to be rebuilt. It pays to pay a professional to do the job right the first time. A bit of a tricky one with all the pool and spa pipework to work around.
