25.01.2022 Spring has arrived in WA and I am already in to my Spring Cleaning. I start with decluttering.... I think that my decluttering is now getting a bit extreme as it happens about every three months. Kids are like...."mum where is my.....?" Me " I must have put it away somewhere, I cant find it at the moment" (in my head lets hope they forget about that ..... soon they have not looked at it for months) Does that make me a mean Mum?
22.01.2022 What is your favourite season and what do you love about it? I just love Spring. New hope, new fresh start, nature in all its beauty and the place comes alive again. I have to say I love all the seasons in their own way, and really missed them when we lived in The Kimberley. Thank fully the dry season was a lot like Spring for me!... 14.01.2022 What are you planning? Do you often find yourself planning BIG things and then being disappointed? Do you miss out on today because you are always working towards the next project? Something I realised was that to be happy, to really be content we really need to SEE the little things, take them in and enjoy them. It is often the little things that make the best memories. Yes we all still want to have plans for our future, but I have learnt that there is no point living in... our future life as we are always missing out on TODAY and real life. My 3 kids taught me, that living today, taking in the little things is the most important thing. Smell the flowers, watch birds playing, play with your kids. What little things will you enjoy today?

02.01.2022 Kid’s: they have great coordinated timing don’t they? Last night Joyce was playing with a rug over her head and ran into the door frame...... great bang to the forehead THEN... I was on a mentoring zoom call and had to leave as Kelly decided to throw himself into bed, literally. Smashing his forehead and nose into the metal frame ... Stress away for me and one drop of lavender and copiaba on the bumps. I really love being able to offer relief to my kids without the need to reach out for medicines all the time. All is well now, three bruises later and a less than great sleep for me checking on them
