12.01.2022 Wednesday, 20th May, 6pm Instagram Live @bibendumwinecoEpisode 1: The Man Who Broke The Barossa. We’re kicking off the Lockdown Sessions with a deep dive int...o the Barossa with Spinifex Wines Pete Shell, hosted by Bibendum Wine Rob Walters. Pete is not one to hold his punchesand neither is Rob for that matterso expect a no holds barred dialogue surrounding the region as a whole, it’s soils and sub-regions and the mould-breaking evolution of this Barossan pioneer. The hour will include a tasting of three Spinifex wines to illustrate the discussion, including what we believe to be two of Schell’s finest releases to datethe 2018 Moppa Shiraz and 2018 Indigene. If you’d like to taste along with the chaps we’ve tagged participating retailers who can hook you up with a tasting pack (along with maps and tasting notes). Otherwise, tune in anyway with a bottle from your cellar for what promises to be a lively discussion! #thebibendumtapes #bibendumlockdownsessions #wineinthetimeofcorona #spinifexwines

06.01.2022 It’s been a good few years since we went the Full Monty, opening up every nook and cranny of our list for a grand portfolio tasting. So with Bibendum’s fifteent...h anniversary landing this year, what better way to celebrate with our friends and suppliers than getting the band back together for our biggest gig in years. Please join us later this month to mark this significant milestone in the Bibendum Wine Co. story. You’ll get to taste the latest releases from all of our domestic producers, many of who will be there in person, and from many of our imported growers. There will be over 150 premium wines on tasting, including a wide range of MUSEUM RELEASES from some of our most treasured growers. We’re also delighted to welcome one of the great wine men back to our shoresauthor, academic and Equipo Navazos’ founder Jesús Barquín, who will be hosting a masterclass in both cities (invites out soon). All members of your wine team are welcome, all that we ask is that you RSVP ([email protected]) letting us know who is attending. Finally, stay tuned to our social media channels for more details and announcements leading up to the events. Cheers!
