02.01.2022 Hi Leonora! I am new to this town and would like to share my passion for Movement Meditation and Mindfulness. I have been approached by a few locals who are keen to get some Dance/Movement happening for their children, I also do Adult journeys. I am taking Expressions Of Interests, for Adults, Teens and Kids, ( male and female ). DANCEfreedom- Creative, Movement, Visual-sound Meditation Journey. This is a free-form Movement(no set steps),as your facilitator I will be guiding you on a journey of self exploration and discovery. Music is carefully selected to ensure a great Mind, Body and emotional release that will leave us in a space of Bliss.Adult journeys are obviously different and longer then the children’s sessions. There will be light refreshments and sharing after each journey.
