25.01.2022 Setting up a sacred space is the best first step to inviting in divine assistance and spirit guides and so on. Because it does two things... It acknowledges through action that you know they are there, and it also shows premptive appreciation for whatever gifts come they are brewing for you Every time I send out my pieces they are blessed in the name of the receiver and every time I set up the space, meditate, play with the layout, take things from my garden and do whatev...er I feel inspired to for the unique session to feel most open and ready to receive whatever wants to come. If you feel like you want to connect with your guiding energies or ancestors, set up a portal for them to come into. You dont need to build a church nature is sacred. 20.01.2022 Universal oracle guidance moving through today We are being asked to acknowledge and dance with the polarity that we need outside assistance with our depths and healing, whilst also knowing everything we need to grow and nurture ourselves is already inside us! A lot of us like to self contain and handle everything hard alone or in relative solitude. If you have stretched your wings asking for help then I applaud you because even when its hard its a magical act.... When you ask for help you surrender the problem to the universe. Theres so much power in admitting that you dont know what to do. Embrace the humbling effects instead of gripping your heavy emotions in a tightly bound box in the human head which is a tool not a storage container... We cant come home to ourselves if our heart and psyche is full of old dense boxes we cant, wont or are too ashamed to open. Placing trust outside of your own skills can become a rite of passage in a way. The act of seeking help energetically says you TRUST the universe. And sends a message to your heart and body that its okay be not okay or to be tangled up and not know why. These energy messages add flow and movement to the problem. And even when you dont receive the perfect help in return, dont close the door. Be dissapointed, but keep that movement. When you seek assistance you plant seeds of trust and change. And through the seasons of emotional unpacking and soul gardening, deep self-compassion grows and we can come home to ourselves and find our heart and mind has so much more room to just be.

06.01.2022 I almost feel like I want to reintroduce myself to facebook land. A lot has been changing on the internal and I want externalize the mystical love thats increasing over here. I am becoming more and more witchy/wizardy as time goes on. With natures energy and my spiritual side bossing me around more often than not and my crystal work and weaving has been truly opening up for the blessings of all the increase in activity. Feels like I'm forever diving deep into my soul world ...and at the same time I have been holding a space on instagram for others to meditate with intention and attention on emotional clearing so they can roll with their souls a bit more freely too. All very good things with lots of magic, growing and slowing and repeating cycles. But I'm here now and i just wanted to share a heads up that its going to get more witchy up in here and I love that. I love the abstract things in life that most of us struggle to explain. Whether intuitive, emotional, mysterious or down right ethereal.
