My family's lifestyle has definitely been upgraded since moving in - everything we need is so close and convenient.... The rooftop pool has been a real bonus for the kids to enjoy, while my husband and I love going to the gym. The other apartments we were interested in were rented out on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis - that lifestyle didn't appeal to us.
