19.01.2022 Over recent days, due to the escalation of the #Coronavirus around the world Ive recorded this mid-month Energy Update - which I never normally do but felt it ...was highly necessary. These are the nine things that I felt called to transmit to you today so that hopefully you can navigate this period of time with as much grace, compassion - for yourself and for others as possible - thats my intent with this broadcast. This is not medical advice, this is not news, this is how to navigate the energetics of what were going through right now. -BEING BROUGHT INTO PRESENCE (THROUGH SHOCK AND DISRUPTION OF OUR PATTERNS) When the patterns disappear, we tend to feel naked, vulnerable, and open. This can feel good (moments of openness, bliss, clarity, freedom) and scary (disorientation, purposelessness, feeling lost, anxious, hopeless). -SOCIAL REACTIONS AND FEARS/TRAUMA Let reactions be complicated and personal. People react at their level of consciousness and fear AND SO WILL WE. -BE VERY MINDFUL (NOT MINDLESS) Be mindful of your exposure to negativity, fear, and the news feed. Also, be mindful of your choices around the good you choose to connect to - find things, activities, and moments that light you up. In short, be mindful of your choices around EVERYTHING. -THE ENERGY IN COMING WEEKS WILL BE ONE OF THE WIDEST ENERGY RANGES WE HAVE SEEN IN SEVERAL YEARS. 08.01.2022 How do we react to the shadows we see outside us, or the darkness or the dark behavior or what were seeing in the outside world? Its really important to be a... change agent around those energies, especially where you see that there is a better way. Im speaking very deeply, internally about how we react, how we judge, how we defend, how someone elses actions or behavior, or things that we see going on in the world, how when it enters our body, our psyche, our emotional energy field, how do we roll it through ourselves? Because when we are focused on the dark that we are pasting on someone outside ourselves, were not necessarily taking that opportunity to see how we can transmute in ourselves and come back to a more compassionate place. It doesnt mean you have to agree with peoples behavior, but it does mean that you dont just stop at anger or defense, because that is how war energy perpetuates. Because then we want to throw it back. Can we feel what were feeling and transmute it - whether its crying the tears, feeling the grief, feeling what we feel so that we can come back to center?
