22.01.2022 So excited to finally reveal a commissioned piece a done for the principal of St Joseph’s Primary School in Coleraine, which was presented to him yesterday at an emotional farewell from his colleagues. This piece reflects his story of his connection to the Coleraine, Edenhope and Casterton area I have symbolised these with meeting places and landmarks. In the sun is his family with what looks like flower petals is actually him embracing the children. Have a close look and see the little person inside the bigger one. The sticky wattle is part of their school logo and the cross represents his Christianity and his values and beliefs that come with that. Such a special and unique gift that will have pride of place in his house and will always remind him of his journey so far as he moves into a new chapter in his life.

19.01.2022 My latest creation titled Songlines The boomerangs represent the music made when different tribes are doing ceremonial dances and clapping them together to make the rhythm. This rhythm travels far and wide over country carrying the Songlines. The surrounding pattern representing the dancing flames of their fires and the energy created through ceremony.
18.01.2022 This hand drawn original was inspired by the 2018 NAIDOC Week theme, Because of her, we can! It’s a celebration of women, their beauty, love, strength, intelligence, resilience and total capabilities to do and achieve whatever they put their mind to dispite all the challenges and barriers they face SOLD
17.01.2022 This artwork back in 2017 is what built my confidence to keep painting whenever I got the chance after winning the competition to create an artwork for the Peeneeyt Kanditj meaning Strong Relationships, which is the South West Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Family Violence Police Protocol Regional Booklet.
15.01.2022 Watch this space folks, another creation is on its way Family Connection Growth
15.01.2022 This is just a few pages from my Aboriginal Early Years Resource book for teachers and parents. After spending five years doing cultural activities within Kindergartens and running a Koori Playgroup. I realised that teachers needed a tool and guide to help build their confidence in teaching Aboriginal culture within their classrooms as we have a lack of locally produced resources using local language etc. So I turned my activities into lesson plans. All the stories I chose have a universal message. It includes 10 stories with suggested activities, 2 games, 1 focused on local language and animals with room for people to find their own local language if they don’t live in our region as well as 4 steps of activities learning Aboriginal symbols plus it’s been endorsed by local elders so everyone is happy available at Warrnambool Books
13.01.2022 Stoked to be the artist chosen to create an artwork for South West Healthcare Warrnambool’s Reconciliation Action Plan that represents Unity, Equality, Aboriginal and non Aboriginal people creating positive change, cultural awareness and understanding moving forward towards a better future working together.

08.01.2022 Who would have thought, I certainly didn’t know I could wood burn until I had an opportunity in 2018 to produce 4 poles for some clients to put in the entrance way to their home. I gave it a go and exceeded all my own expectations, each one tells a story on organic wood. This is the end result

04.01.2022 Last year I was privileged to be asked to design a logo for Melbourne Uni’s Let’s CHAT Dementia program. 12 Aboriginal Community Care and Health Services will be delivering the program Nationally to raise awareness and promote a better understanding of dementia for those effected, supporting or caring for someone within their home or Aboriginal community to enhance overall health outcomes and quality of life for Aboriginal people. I have just received one of the printed t-shirts that their staff will be wearing and I thought I would proudly show it off!! They look awesome!! You can also check out the logo and their great program on their website: https://medicine.unimelb.edu.au//resear/lets-chat-dementia Melbourne University
