From this simple recommendation via Instagram I knew that this women knew her craft and also welcomed her intelligence into her work..and I deeply respect this. Deni is the embodied example of what it actually means to be a student of the universe. Deni is constantly expanding her awareness and even though she is a Master of her wisdom she believes t...hat there is always more to know. It is a space devoted to my passion of healing through mystical + esoteric realms. A space which aims to de-tangle us from societal illusions around earth based spirituality and propose a new frame of reference. One that shows the practicality of relating... to nature, the notion that spirit and nature co-exist and that in the broader scheme of things, we are all connected. Held in winter, in accordance to the nights lunation it holds space for inner alchemy through the remembering of spiritual practice and ritual. Here, the inner-journey is held in the sacred container of sisterhood. Surrender.... Nurturance. Communion. Connection. Rebirth. The Gathering brings her own medicine. For each year, she is gently woven and sung into being by the coven she calls in. It is not prescriptive to any modality however explores aspects of energy and sound healing, shamanism and rituals of the witch. On Sunday Nov 3rd the whole Spirit Earth Reiki Community (Thats Right, myself plus 10 reiki students of ours!!) are joining hearts for Zig Zag Young Womens Resource Centre. On this voluntary reiki share day we are turning our temple into a busy and lush home of healing, where you and your friends/family can receive 20 minutes of full body reiki for a donation of $10.... All donations will then go to Zig Zag to support their work in counseling, housing, educating and researching young women at risk/in situations of abuse or homelessness right here in Brisbane. So why would you not rally up some folks and receive whilst giving? You and your pals can also enjoy some yummy food, play with oracle card reading and skip home knowing your energy is aligned and your hearts are too.
